Site Overview
Background
There are many great websites and blogs available that are dedicated to the Art of Fisting. Art implies a certain level of craftsmanship and skill, which are both subjectively based qualities. Fist Theory fills a unique void by providing objective, science-based information in an instructional, curriculum-oriented format. Coupled with the objective lessons are an occasional subjective discussions of fisting and fisting culture.
Objective-based and curriculum-centered material is available in the Handball Academy and informal (and oftentimes opinion-based) content can be found in the Podcast & Blogs. Both can be accessed from anytime from the menu at the top of every page.
History
Fist Theory originated as a hobby/passion project in 2015 under the name Fist Club - Infinite Depth Vortex. It originally featured 16 courses on various aspects of fisting. Since its deployment, the primary author has learned and developed his fisting skills, improved his understanding regarding anatomy and physiology, and increased his medical skills and knowledge.
As time passed, Fist Club morphed into Fist Theory and the original 16 articles have been replaced with dozens of courses that help new and seasoned fisters bio-hack their bodies to unleash their greatest fisting potential.
Maintenance & Ownership
This website is currently maintained by Finn Vortex (AKA @depthvortex). Additional information about him is available in his Fisting Bio.
Educational seminars and small group / individual training sessions with Finn can be scheduled upon request.
Fist Theory does not belong to any fisting organization; however, it is closely associated with F-Squared, a Facebook group with thousands of fisters from around the world.
F-Squared (FF)
In order to join the F-squared Facebook group , you must answer three screening questions and have a Facebook account that was created over a year ago.
