The FFist Council is a loose-knit confederacy of fisting clubs. Representatives from each club discuss topics relevant to their individual fisting groups and the fisting community as a whole. For example, during the Monkey Pox outbreak, members provided each other with strategies and details for working with local health departments to vaccinate their club members.

• Ensuring Member Privacy | Policies must be in place to protect member identities and health information, prohibit doxing, and prevent data breeches if membership registries or logs are kept.
• Implementing Harassment Deterence | Policies must be in place and enforced to prevent bullying, stalking, extortion, and sexual harrassment.
• Practicing Specific Levels of Inclusivity | Policies must be in place and practices must occur that address racism, transphobia, sexism, ageism, and body-shaming.
• Establishing an Organizational Mission and Developing Strong Community Fisting Values | Documents that identify the purpose of the group, its mission, and governing principles should be in place.
• Practicing RACK/PRICK (Consent Methodologies) | Education and enforcement regarding these consensual interactions must occur regularly.
• Promoting Safe and Sane Fisting Practices | Education and training should be promoted within the group's events, social media channels, socials, or other activities.
